The Trumpet Lesson Paperback Giveaways
On my launch tour last fall I did a bunch of private fund raisers with The Trumpet Lesson, and all my royalties for The Trumpet Lesson sold in book stores and on-line go to The Laurie Frink Career Grant for young musicians and Mujeres Aliadas for women’s health. Now I want to do more!
The $0.99 sale price applies only to e-books and to books sold in the US. So, I’ve decided to offer some paperback giveaways!
The themes of The Trumpet Lesson make it a perfect novel for book club discussion and for the supporters of many nonprofits. In this novel set in Guanajuato, Mexico, music plays a key role in healing from hidden loss. The Trumpet Lesson explores how societal attitudes about teenage pregnancy, race, adoption, family, and homosexuality affect personal integrity.
